Seeking information on family of Thomas Taylor (1837-1904) of Taylor & Rumney Co Blackford Bridge and later Thomas Taylor & Co of Standish Nr Wigan. Married Sarah Anne Crane (b1838 Preston). Children: -
John C Taylor (b1860 Egerton) married Emily, son Edward P Taylor (b1890 Chorley)
Jane Taylor (b1850 Egerton) - Spinster. 1st lady elected Bury Town Council represented Moorside Ward (Unionist) - resided "The Lee" Walmersley Rd.
Bertha Taylor (1865-1925) Spinster. Resided "The Lee" Walmersley Rd.
Walter Winrow Taylor (b1867 Egerton) Married Ester Ellen Jones
Harry Taylor (1870-1912) married Annie Florence Vernon (1869-1913) son Harry Vernon Taylor (1898-1954) resided "Richmond" Walmersley Rd. Partner in Taylor & Nicholson Co Ltd Eagley Bleach Works Eagley and Walmersley Dye Works Co Ltd Mather Road Walmersley.
Tom Taylor (b1871 Egerton) married Sarah, daughter Beatrice Taylor (b1897 Walmersley)
Charles Egerton Taylor (1874-1934) Batchelor. Principle of Taylor & Nicholson Co Ltd Eagley Bleach Works Eagley and Walmersley Dye Works Mather Rd Walmersley. Resided "The Lee" and then Brandlesholme New Hall Brandlesholme Rd (1930-1934).
Frank Taylor (1877-1937) married Marie Elizabeth Bunn (1875-1952) Partner in Taylor & Nicholson as above - (my wifes grandparents)
George Garfield Taylor (b1881) Unsworth.
