Nutt Farm, Simister Empty Nutt Farm, Simister

Hi

Does anybody have any info on the history of Nutt Farm in Simister, or any ideas where I can trace its history/previous occupants.

My grandparents David & Lizzie Jones evacuate there during the last war.
Lizzie's (nee Barrow) marriage certificate gives her address as Nut Farm Little Heaton.
The birth certificate of her first child, my aunt Jessie Jones, gives the address of Nut Farm, Simister Lane, Prestwich.
I assume that Lizzie's parents lived at Nutt Farm, but if they did they didn't move there till after the 1901 census.

Greatful for any info.
